About Smithers Merchant Builders
The Smithers organization was founded by Jeffrey and J.D .Smithers in 1986 for the purpose of developing and constructing healthcare-related facilities. In the years since its inception, Smithers has diversified its project scope to include hotels and resorts, as well as office buildings. We are licensed to do business in Florida, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, Tennessee, and Mississippi
Currently Smithers Merchant Builders produces over $60 million in annual revenue, and was recently ranked fifteen on the San Antonio Business Journal’s 2009 list of top commercial construction companies in San Antonio.
